Seattle, Wash. – Cross-cultural advertising agency TDW+Co has been recognized with honors from two industry groups over the past week.
At Sunday night’s 2015 Multicultural Excellence Awards in Miami, the Association of National Advertisers named TDW+Co and client Verizon Communications as a category winner for Best Asian campaign of the year. TDW+Co developed the campaign, I Am, as a partnership between Verizon and the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment. This was the agency’s second time as a category winner for an ANA award.
Last Thursday, TDW+Co was honored four times by the Puget Sound chapter of the American Marketing Association at its annual Pulse Awards, a record for the agency:
- Best Integrated B2C Campaign, Verizon Global Ready Challenge;
- Best Mobile Marketing Campaign, Verizon Lunar New Year Digital Lucky Bag;
- Best Integrated Advertising Campaign, Pacific Gas & Electric Low-Income Program; and
- Best Integrated Multicultural Campaign, Pacific Gas & Electric Low-Income Program.
TDW+Co was also recognized as a finalist for the Pulse Award categories Best Integrated Multicultural Campaign, Best Integrated Non-Profit Campaign, and Best in Show.
“It’s a great honor to receive this recognition from the PSAMA and ANA for our work with Verizon and PG&E,” said Tim Wang, founder and principal of TDW+Co. “But it’s also equally rewarding to produce for such great client partners that allow us the freedom to innovate and create. We look forward to the opportunity to deliver more inspiring ideas that come to life.”
