Principal Financial Group knows how to put together a good plan–that’s why the company brought in TDW+Co to help with its multicultural marketing strategy. In an effort to help PFG evaluate its market opportunities, we provided the company with some cultural insights and education one Asian segment. We engaged our experiential services to take PFG executives on a daylong cultural immersion tour of specific ethnic neighborhoods, and brought in our research and consulting skills to draft a 98-page culturally relevant and insightful resource toolkit for internal use.
